Meet our heat finalist… Leanna Jackson

Finalist Leanna Jackson popped in for a chat ahead of Bunn Leisure’s Got Talent live finals on November 25 where she will be joined by this year’s talent finalists to compete in front of our LIVE audience and judges, including guest judge Sinitta, for a huge cash prize.

 

Q: What is your name?

A: Leanna Sabrina Jackson

 

Q: How old are you?

A: 14 years old

 

Q: Where is your home town?

A: I come from Bromley, Kent

 

Q: What school do you attend?

A: The Ravensbourne School

 

Q: Do you own a caravan at Bunn Leisure? If so, how long have you/your family been owners?

A: No, we are not caravan owners – we came to Bunn Leisure on a holiday

 

Q: How many times have you visited Bunn Leisure?

A: Once before

 

Q: What is your favourite colour? 

A: Light blue

 

Q: What is your favourite food?

A: Ice cream

 

Q: What are your top three favourite things to do at Bunn Leisure?

A: Swimming, going to the rocks, arcade

 

Q: When did you win your Bunn Leisure’s Got Talent heat?

A: During the summer holidays (end of July)

 

Q: How did it feel when they announced your name as the winner of your heat?

A: I felt shocked and relieved because I was nervous at the time

 

Q: For those who haven’t seen your act yet, what is it you do and what can we all expect for the final? 

A: I’m a singer – you can expect my best performance.

 

Q: How long have you been performing?

A: The minute I learnt how to speak

 

Q: How often are you rehearsing your act for the final?

A: 3 times a week

 

Q: Is your performance created by you or did you have help – if so, who helped you?

A: I created my performance

 

Q: Who inspires you and why?

A: Beyoncé because her voice is so powerful

 

Q: Who is your biggest supporter?

A: My mum and my brother

 

Q: How are you feeling about performing for up to 2000 people at the live finals in November? 

A: I feel nervous because there are so many people watching – I don’t want to get stage fright

 

Q: If you win the final, what will you do with the £1,000 prize money?

A: Shopping or possibly buy a piano

 

Q: Do you have any ambitions for using your talent further in the future?

A: I really enjoy singing. I’d like to go to the brits school and see how it goes from there.
