The National Caravan Council's Fair Trader Holiday Park Scheme helps you identify trustworthy parks across the UK that put you, the consumer, first.

The Fair Trader holiday parks you can be sure that:

  1. The park is committed to high standards of customer care and puts the customer first.
  2. The park has achieved a minimum of three stars under the British Graded Holiday Park Scheme, a national quality standard operated by Visit Britain, that assesses the quality and standards of the facilities on park.
  3. The park complies with the industry Code of Practice and leisure agreements which are fair, transparent and written in plain English.
  4. The park has been thoroughly assessed by a qualified independent assessor and has met all the scheme's strict criteria in full.
  5. The park will continue to be assessed to remain in the scheme and will be subject to unannounced periodic checks.

The Hoseasons Diamond Award represents the holiday parks in the Hoseasons portfolio whose quality, product, facilities and customer service are second to none.

Visit England is The England Tourist Board and as such has the 'Enjoy England Quality Rose' as a standard of quality for accommodation. This seal of approval means you can rest assured that your accommodation will be of the highest standard.

Our Houses and Cottages have their own character and style and are all individually furnished. With four properties situated close to the beach at West Sands Village and one (Greensleves) situated on Green Lawns there is plenty of choice within your budget.

Mill House - beautifully converted premier accommodation provides superb accommodation for up to ten people. Downstairs there is a kitchen and sitting area that leads to two paved areas and a walled garden There are also two further lounge areas, a dining room with a large farmhouse table and a double bedroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, a toilet/shower room and a bathroom. There is a private drive with parking for up to six vehicles.

ballyhandy.jpg Ballyhandy and Selmer House - Perfect for eight to ten people, luxuriously fitted houses offering lots of space and comfort. Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms, a living/dining room, modern kitchen and doors opening to a patio/fenced garden. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a toilet and shower room and fantastic views from a balcony! There's is off-road parking for upto four vehicles.

Anchordene House - for eight to ten people, offering a traditional feel with exposed beams and fireplaces. Downstairs there is a large living/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen plus toilet, shower and twin bedded room. Upstairs the two bedrooms include a master with en-suite, a further double with lovely sea views and a bathroom. There is off-road parking for three vehicles.

medina.jpg Medina Bungalow - for up to six people, Medina has three bedrooms, including a double and two twins. There is a living room with dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, toilet, shower room and bathroom. There is parking for four cars, and a safely fenced garden to the rear.

Greensleves - , beautifully converted in 2006 for up to 12 people. There are four double bedrooms and two twins, four bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, further living areas including games room with pool table and separate utility room. There is a large lawned garden, a spacious patio, off-road parking for up to six cars and is disable-friendly.
